- Make sure people get the information and resources they need to do their work. With concept analysis you can clarify the organisation's language and create concept models,
a tool to ensure that we say and mean the same thing.
Effektbaserad Verksamhetsutveckling (Impact-based business development)
- Here you get the tools to ensure you have the resources to succeed with your change and improvement work. Being able to go from strategy to results. We also go deeper into how you lead working meetings focused on business development to create a shared view and win support for change.
After completing the courses, you are examined by demonstrating your competence during the course "Strategisk planering och verksamhetsledning" (Strategic planning and business leadership). The course is run in workshop format and you are expected to show that you can lead business modelling sessions and contribute to development work. After the course you submit a project report in which you use all of the Astrakan Method's analysis perspectives, followed by an opposition.
