After our training in Change Leadership... - You have greater insight into what it takes to lead from change to lasting improvement - You have the competence, as a Change Leader, to take the organisation from distress and waste of resources to success and value creation - You can handle the most common challenges a Change Leader faces: lack of support/understanding from management, indifference or resistance among employees, lack of resources and competence, poor communication and more Course content The course material consists of case studies that are sent out in advance. The case studies form the basis of the workshop. During the course our teacher, Kelly Odell, guides the participants through a number of case studies and exercises that help you sharpen your skills as a change leader. You will gain deeper insight into different strategies for handling situations that often arise during change.
