This document sets out True Upskill's general terms and conditions and applies to Providers, Students and Users of the catalogue. Providers who apply to be listed on True Upskill agree to these terms.
The Provider agrees to respect TRUE's intellectual property and not to carry out activity that competes with True Upskill. TRUE may interrupt, suspend or modify the service if such competing activity is suspected.
TRUE (True Value Software AB) provides the services below through the True Upskill platform, available at trueupskill.com. True Value Software AB is registered in Stockholm, Sweden.
This document is a public statement of the general terms. The terms are enforceable for Providers and Users who have registered for or use True Upskill. If the terms are amended or a new version is established, the Parties are informed and given access to the new text. If a Party does not accept the terms, it may not use the service for as long as it has not accepted them.
True Upskill is a curated catalogue that lists verified providers only. TRUE provides the Provider with its own verified provider profile, SEO-optimised course pages, direct enrolment links to the Provider's own site, and view statistics. Providers may also issue verifiable credentials to their Students via TRUE Original. TRUE does not guarantee any number of enrolments or views, or any particular outcome.
True Upskill lets Students and Users search among verified providers, compare courses and be directed to the Provider to enrol. True Upskill facilitates the connection but does not deliver the courses. Responsibility for the content, delivery and completion of a course rests entirely with the Provider. The service is free for Students and Users.
To be listed, the Provider applies via the form on True Upskill or by contacting a TRUE representative. TRUE reviews and verifies every application personally and then follows up on how the Provider becomes a TRUE customer. TRUE lists only providers it considers reputable and may decline or remove a listing.
The Provider is fully responsible for ensuring that information about courses, prices, content and organisation is accurate and current, and for the right to offer the courses. The Provider must not publish misleading or false information. The Provider is responsible for complying with GDPR and other applicable data protection rules in its operations.
A place in the catalogue is based on the Provider being verified. TRUE always strives to work only with respected organisations that hold a high standard and never set out to mislead Students or Users. TRUE may at any time suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms. Verification concerns the Provider as an organisation and is not a guarantee of the quality or outcome of any individual course. If you suspect a Provider is using the platform dishonestly, please contact us immediately.
Being listed on True Upskill is not a standalone service you buy. To be listed, the Provider becomes a TRUE customer. For existing TRUE customers, listing is included at no extra cost. The service is always free for Students and Users.
TRUE strives to ensure Providers use the service correctly and truthfully, but is not responsible for course content, delivery or outcomes, or for information and claims Providers publish. TRUE declines responsibility for damage directly or indirectly attributable to a Party's failure to meet its obligations. TRUE has no general obligation to monitor the information transmitted or stored. Where unlawful content is published, TRUE may be held liable only if it had actual knowledge of it and did not act promptly to remove it. TRUE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service and may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical improvements. TRUE is not responsible for faults due to the Parties' equipment, their internet provider or other circumstances beyond TRUE's control. The Provider is responsible for its own backups.
The Provider is fully responsible for the images, logos, text and data it supplies. The interface, logos, graphics, photographs, animations and text on True Upskill are the intellectual property of TRUE or its partners and may not be reproduced or used without express authorisation. The same applies to the database, its content and the site's source code. TRUE and its logos are owned by True Value Software AB.
These general terms constitute an agreement governing the relationship between the Parties and TRUE. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. TRUE may amend the terms at any time, at which point Providers are informed. The Parties are responsible for keeping up to date with the latest version.
These terms are subject to Swedish law. In the event of a dispute relating to the terms, the use of the site or the services, only the courts of Sweden shall have jurisdiction.
