After completing the program, the student will have knowledge of: 1. Specialised accounting work 2. Tax law 3. Commercial law 4. Communication, business advisory conversations and customer service 5. The different subsystems that are part of a company's management control, including key ratios, cash flows and variances 6. Rules and laws that govern financial transactions 7. Business systems and the importance of digitalisation in the professional role 8. Sustainability reporting 9. What a group of companies and consolidated accounting mean 10. The importance of monitoring the outside world and development in the accounting field 11. Different forms of business After completing the program, the student will have the skills to: 1. Carry out ongoing accounting 2. Interpret and apply the legal framework 3. Communicate decision support material in national contexts, and in English in international contexts 4. Lead an advisory conversation 5. Calculate, cost and budget 6. Use and understand a business system 7. Choose and apply a model for profitability analysis and justify the choice of model 8. Apply the different subsystems that are part of a company's management control 9. Produce and compile decision support material 10. Prepare and calculate tax returns for a company 11. Create a simple sustainability report 12. Handle payroll administration After completing the program, the student will have the competence to: 1. Independently carry out accounting work in a company 2. Independently process information in the accounting field with regard to social and ethical aspects 3. Apply specialised knowledge for development and digitalisation in the accounting field and propose improvements 4. Communicate independently in national and international contexts depending on the situation 5. Contribute with a strong service mindset to developing the consultative aspect of the professional role 6. Work independently or in a team as an accounting specialist, business economist, audit assistant, accounting consultant or finance assistant at a company, a government agency or a municipality
