LIA 3 is the final work placement period in TUC's YH programmes, where the knowledge from earlier courses is applied and deepened through experience and practical action. You learn new things within the framework of the professional role and develop greater familiarity with the workplace and the work tasks, as well as a more independent way of working. You use the workplace's own methods and tools to carry out work according to current routines and processes, and act actively in the professional role until the end of the programme.
The objective of the course is that the student shall independently carry out the work tasks that occur at the LIA company, and that the student shall examine in more depth a subject that has a clear link to completed courses in measurement technology.
