The course gives you knowledge of financial control instruments, methods and tools used to plan and follow up finances and financing in companies and organisations. You learn to collect, structure, process, analyse and present data to create calculations and budgets and to follow up results and key ratios. The course gives you the ability to handle situations involving financial decision-making.
