Boverket's new building regulations from 2025 replace the previous BBR and Boverket's design regulations (EKS). The biggest change is that the general advice is removed and the regulatory framework now consists only of regulations in the form of functional requirements. This means that Boverket no longer specifies how the requirements are to be met, which places greater demands on the developer to document and prove how the requirements are met. The change means greater freedom, but also greater responsibility. This full-day course gives you an overall understanding of what the new building regulations mean and how you can use them in practice.
