Course PC20 Work environment.

The purpose of the course is to give students the prerequisites to handle requirements and set requirements for work environment management on a building or civil engineering project. The goal of the course is for students to gain the knowledge and skills to hold the role of BAS-P and BAS-U and to understand how Swedish legislation affects a company's work environment requirements. The approved student has knowledge of - Work environment knowledge - Arbetsmiljölagen (the Work Environment Act) and Arbetsmiljöförordningen (the Work Environment Ordinance) - Arbetsmiljöverket's regulations on construction - The work environment agreement - The design of a work environment plan - The design of the workplace - Systematic work environment management - Regulations concerning BAS-P and BAS-U The approved student has the skills to - Administer documentation of work environment management at the workplace - Set requirements for their own staff and subcontractors - Ensure that work can be carried out while maintaining a safe work environment - Drive and develop preventive work environment management and work proactively for a good work environment - Draw up, adapt to the project and propose a work environment plan - Lead work environment management and coordinate it with other actors - Ensure that the work environment plan is followed and updated The approved student has the competence to - Hold responsibility as BAS-U and BAS-P on a building or civil engineering project
