Course UX20 Agile methods.

The purpose of the course is for the student to develop their skills in agile ways of working and to give the student the competence to organise development based on agile methodology. The course should provide knowledge of agile ways of working and give the student the ability to judge when the different ways of working are appropriate. The course mixes theory with practice, giving the student the experience needed to implement agile processes in reality. The approved student has knowledge of - Agile principles. - The most common agile methods. - The different techniques and roles in agile projects. The approved student has the skills to - Demonstrate knowledge by organising themselves together with team colleagues according to agile methodology. - Adapt the work in the agile processes in accordance with the agile methods. - Adapt agile methods to reality using theoretical and practical knowledge. The approved student has the competence to - Plan and organise agile work and carry it out in an adapted way linked to goals.
