IHM Business Development Leadership is a leadership and management program that gives you tools and methods to drive growth and improve profitability through strategic leadership. Over nine training days, divided into four blocks, you learn to engage employees, drive change and develop the organization in line with the company's vision. The program is based on Försvarshögskolan's (the Swedish Defence University) model for Developmental Leadership and combines personal 360° feedback with practical training and coaching.

Communication and 360° Analysis
What is Developmental Leadership (Utvecklande Ledarskap)? A 360° analysis of your leadership (you, colleagues and your immediate manager), ULL analysis and the GAP between your self-image and how others experience you.
Leadership and Change
What hinders development, the four rooms of change, personal dialectics and creating awareness of the impact of your leadership.
Leading the Business
Developmental leadership in business management, basic concepts such as vision/mission/business idea, strategy, objectives and KPIs, and how to build a working business plan.
Summary and Effects
Presentation of assignments, the effects of the learning back at work and on results, and a summary of the whole program.
