Agile Change Management is the program for you who want to lead and communicate effectively during change while securing your understanding of agile methodology in organization, marketing and business development. The program is delivered remotely using a flipped classroom model, where you take in the theory digitally before the lesson and use the lesson time to practice, reflect on and discuss real and fictional cases. During the final weeks you work together with the other participants on a live change case. You learn to turn agile principles into practical leadership in your own everyday work.
