Course description SUB-QUALIFICATION 1: Goal setting and process development The learning focuses on how to identify and map the company's goal structure and business processes, to make visible how the organization creates customer value in its operations, that is, its operating model, and the operational challenges that characterize the current state of the business. SUB-QUALIFICATION 2: Designing performance management The learning focuses on developing the ability to design governance and management so that it is easy for employees and managers to perform at a high level, and so that governance and management become forward-looking and the organization continuously develops and improves in a chosen direction. SUB-QUALIFICATION 3: Designing and planning an operational project The learning focuses on independently, as a group, improving an organization's operational excellence through a project that is a business development project. The work is carried out for an external client who has a current operational challenge arising from a performance problem. Scope: The course comprises approximately 400 hours, of which approximately 100 hours are teacher-led. The remaining time includes self-study (recommended time or more) and examinations.
