After the course you can... - Use AI as support when starting change initiatives - Plan business development with the support of AI - Quickly model organisations with the help of AI - Quickly identify the resources needed to develop business capabilities and processes Accelerated Change with AI (https://www.astrakan.se/kurs/accelererad-forandring-med-ai/) Research on business development shows that simplicity and common sense are the recipe for success. Convoluted five- or ten-year plans and long, extensive analyses often look good on paper but are hard to carry out in practice. Simplicity and short-term plans become even more important in the uncertain times we live in. War, pandemic, more war, an energy crisis and inflation, while at the same time we reach new milestones in innovation. And what about the climate, again? Business development needs to be something we do here and now, as it becomes ever harder to plan for tomorrow. Changes in the world happen so fast, uncertainty and complexity are so great and the right solution is often so far from obvious that the initiatives we choose to pursue should have a short time horizon. Both so that the result of the initiative is still relevant, and to make everyday work easier and more manageable. This is where AI is a support. Both in reducing the planning time for change and in helping us more quickly get a picture of what it takes to succeed. Change processes are known for taking a long time and being uncertain, but now the world demands that we change quickly. At the same time we can see how changes can take effect in a short time: the pandemic showed, not least in Sweden, how an entire society can transform at record speed. The new normal is not the status quo but a constant state of change. Case-based training During the course you practise hands-on with change and business development cases. On day one we practise different steps based on different cases, while on day two we focus on one case. The aim is for you to be ready to apply AI for accelerated change by the end of day 2.
