Purpose The course aims to develop pedagogical competence and to encourage a reflective and academic approach to students' learning in VIL/VFU within health and medical care. Learning outcomes After the course, participants should be able to: - Describe the conditions for the student's learning in VIL/VFU in their own workplace - Reflect on what supervision involves and how governing documents support the student's learning in VIL/VFU Working methods Two course sessions with lectures, group discussions and an examination seminar. In between, work on an independent, workplace-related assignment that is examined at the second course session. The course is given within the framework of collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets Högskola, Sophiahemmet Högskola and Region Stockholm.
