Purpose The course aims to create a basic understanding of supervision and to encourage a reflective and academic approach to learning in VIL/VFU in health care. Learning objectives After completing the course, participants should be able to: - describe the conditions for student learning in VIL/VFU in their own workplace - reflect on what supervision means and how governing documents support student learning in VIL/VFU Working methods: Asynchronous start with self-study and assignments. Written examination assignment. A final session that includes an oral presentation and interprofessional reflection on the written examination assignment. The course is given within the framework of the collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets Högskola, Sophiahemmet Högskola and Region Stockholm.
