The course aims to create a basic understanding of supervision and to encourage a reflective and academic approach to learning in workplace-based learning/workplace-based education (VIL/VFU) in health care. After completing the course, participants should be able to: - describe the conditions for student learning in VIL/VFU in their own workplace - reflect on what supervision means and how governing documents support student learning in VIL/VFU Course content based on the current VFU context: - The student's path through the workplace-based education - The learning environment and conditions for learning - The link between learning objectives, learning activities and examination - Suggestions for pedagogical development - Interprofessional discussion
