Purpose To strengthen the supervisor's knowledge and competence regarding assessment and feedback To encourage a reflective and academic approach in connection with assessing and giving feedback on students' learning in workplace-based education Learning objectives After the course, the participant should: - be familiar with the areas of responsibility of the student, the supervisor, the examiner and the higher education institution - be able to describe and analyze an assessment situation from different perspectives and - be able to reflect on assessment instruments/forms and the conditions for constructive feedback Working methods Two course sessions with lectures, group discussions, scenario training and an examination seminar In between, work on an independent, workplace-related assignment that is examined at the second course session The course is given within the framework of a collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets Högskola, Sophiahemmet Högskola and Region Stockholm.
When you complete the course, KI - Karolinska Institutet issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
