Purpose: The course aims to create a basic understanding of supervision and to encourage a reflective and academic approach to learning in VIL/VFU in health and medical care. Learning outcomes: - describe the conditions for student learning in VIL/VFU in their own workplace - reflect on what supervision means and how governing documents support student learning in VIL/VFU Working methods: The course is carried out in the following steps 1. An introductory session with presentations and group discussions 2. Independent work on a written examination assignment 3. A concluding session that includes an oral presentation of the written examination assignment
