Purpose To strengthen the supervisor's knowledge and competence regarding student learning in workplace-based education, and to encourage a reflective and academic approach in connection with pedagogical activities in workplace-based education. Learning outcomes After completing the course, the participant should be able to: - apply knowledge of pedagogical theories relevant to student learning in workplace-based education - reflect on the student's perspective regarding learning and supervision - describe and analyze a teaching or supervision situation from different pedagogical perspectives Working methods Two course sessions with lectures, interprofessional group discussions and an examination seminar. In between, work on an independent, practice-related assignment that is examined at the second course session.
