Programme objectives: Knowledge - Specialised knowledge of civil law, public law, labour and company law, criminal and procedural law, and intellectual property and marketing law - Finance, day-to-day handling of financial matters in an organisation/company - The Swedish legal system and the legal sources identified as relevant for the programme: the Administrative Procedure Act, the Local Government Act and procurement - Excel, Word, Powerpoint, digital platforms/systems - General understanding of Swedish law - How public sector work functions Skills - Understand the chain of justice and the legal context - Analyse, compile and present legal problems in an understandable and logical way - Make oneself understood clearly and in a legally correct way, orally and in writing, in Swedish and English. Write correct memos in legal contexts - Offer satisfactory service in the private/public sector - Efficiently search for relevant answers to legal problems - Work on important tasks under stressful conditions Competences - Understand the Swedish legal order and be able to interpret legal texts and apply them to specific problems - Independently plan, identify resources for and carry out legal work in a public or private organisation - Independently handle information and document management - Analyse legal problems and solve them in a methodologically correct way, and justify positions with the help of relevant tools - Work with a problem-based approach both independently and in a team - Assess information, master legal and financial methods, and apply theoretical knowledge in a professional manner - Structure, drive, monitor, complete and evaluate assigned projects - Critically review and analyse both one's own and others' results and contribute to the development of the organisation
