We offer a course in three modules focusing on quality, sustainability and leadership. The course modules in quality development and sustainable business development are well proven as distance courses at Uppsala Universitet. In a collaboration with us at SIQ, the courses have been supplemented with the SIQ Management Model to develop the skills of you and your organisation for sustainable success.

Curriculum
How the course is built.
Module 1: Leadership and governance via SIQ's management model
Self-study, reflection assignments and network meetings based on SIQ's management model for sustainable success.
Module 2: Quality development
Theory and methods for systematic improvement work, with practical applications to the participant's own processes and organisation.
Module 3: Sustainable business development and CSR
Sustainability theory, measurement models and reporting frameworks (including GRI/ISO and optional elements on CSRD reporting).
