The purpose of the course is to give the student basic knowledge of obligations and rights in construction contracts and public procurement. The goal is that, after completing the course, the student will know the laws and rules that govern construction contracts and procurement in order to draw up appropriate agreements. The approved student has knowledge of - Obligations and rights in construction contracts and procurement - Standard contracts, consultancy agreements and legal documents - AB, ABT and ABK - Different types of documents, for example construction documents, as-built documents and review documents - Execution and evaluation of construction contracts The approved student has the skills to - Interpret and apply laws - Draw up agreements The approved student has the competence to - Independently draw up and revise simpler agreements
When you complete the course, Nackademin issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
