Installation and coordination (electricity, cooling, air, control and regulation, water and sewage, heating, telecom and data, transport) 3. environment (waste, energy optimization). Sustainability (construction and management) 4. safety (fire, perimeter protection, outdoor environment, work environment) 5. business and economics (financing, investment and payback calculation, key ratios) 6. business acumen (entrepreneurship, sales/purchasing, negotiation, marketing) 7. law (work environment, the Land Code (jordabalken), the Planning and Building Act, tenancy and contract law, industry rules) 8. leadership (ethics and morals, conflict management, self-awareness) 9. communication, also in foreign languages (negotiation, customer service, performance reviews) 10. the industry in society (architecture, community planning, trends, competitor analysis, market analysis After completing the program, the student shall have the skills to 1. understand, convey and combine knowledge in technology, law, economics and communication relevant to the property sector 2. see the connections between costs, revenues, required returns, investments and the balance sheet 3. understand how deals come about 4. understand the importance of the brand 5. understand the laws, agreements and regulations that govern the conditions for the business 6. realize the importance of moving the company towards greater data maturity 7. handle basic software and property systems 8. understand people's actions and reactions based on different backgrounds and situations 9. understand the property manager's role and responsibility in the organization and the property company's role in society 10. communicate commitments and solutions within the field both nationally and internationally, also in foreign languages. After completing the program, the student shall have the competence to 1. assess the reasonableness of technology choices and observe technical aspects in procurements 2. prepare investment calculations, produce decision support for investments, plan and conduct negotiations, produce marketing plans, simpler valuations HSS syllabus!!! 3. use laws, ordinances and regulations that match current tasks, and assess what risks the company takes based on current legislation 4. be proactive and act rather than react in difficult situations 5. argue for the property industry and its interests and take responsibility for what the role requires.
