After completing the course, the student should have knowledge of/in - specialised knowledge of the statutes that prescribe the content of training for a category B driving licence - knowledge of the field of work and an overview of areas bordering on their own field of work - knowledge of work processes and quality criteria in the field of work - knowledge of pedagogical theories and learning processes - knowledge of traffic statutes - knowledge of conditions and success factors that contribute to better health in the road transport system After completing the course, the student should have skills in - independently identifying the customer's training needs in order to reach goals according to governing documents that lead to a driving licence - applying their know-how to turn subject knowledge and general pedagogical knowledge into practical work - assessing a pupil's learning and documenting the pupil's knowledge development - using digital tools in teaching in a safe and critical way - solving complex problems and collaborating with others in order to individualise teaching - planning, carrying out and identifying resources for carrying out specialised tasks in the field of work - critically reviewing, assessing and using relevant information, and discussing new facts, new research and issues with different target groups, thereby contributing to the development of the profession and the field - showing communicative and social ability as a basis for their own leadership and teaching, and communicating commitments and solutions in at least one foreign language.
