Over three days in Stockholm you get both theory and practical case analysis covering legal responsibility, leadership in the boardroom, trends in the wider world and best practice. The lead teacher is Regina Sipos, chair of several companies, with guest sessions by Hanna Moisander, Bertil Fredriksson and Alexandra Åbrandt, among others. Certification in basic board work is included.
