Purpose The purpose of the course is for the participant to gain a basic understanding of supervision in VIL/VFU through a reflective and academic approach to learning. Learning outcomes After completing the course, participants should be able to: - describe the conditions for the student's learning in VIL/VFU in their own organisation - reflect on what supervision means and how governing documents support the student's learning in VIL/VFU Working methods: Asynchronous start with self study and assignments. Written examination assignment. Closing session that includes an oral presentation and interprofessional reflection on the written examination assignment. The course is given within the framework of a collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets Högskola, Sophiahemmet Högskola and Region Stockholm.
