The purpose of the course is for the participant to apply knowledge from previous Stepping stone courses by using Critical Incident Analysis as a method, and to develop a reflective and academic approach to students' learning in VIL/VFU in health care. Learning outcomes of the course After completing the course, participants should be able to: - analyse a situation that is critical for the student's learning using the critical incident analysis/Critical Incident Analysis (CIA) method. - identify and analyse factors that affect learning in health care and formulate proposals for further development grounded in pedagogical literature.
