Purpose The purpose of the course is for the participant to acquire a basic understanding of supervision in VIL/VFU through a reflective and academic approach to learning. Learning outcomes After completing the course, participants should be able to: - Identify and describe the conditions for students' learning in VIL/VFU within their own workplace. - Analyse and reflect on what supervision involves and how governing and supporting documents support students' learning in VIL/VFU - Propose developments that benefit the student's learning in VIL/VFU within their own workplace. Working methods: Two digital course meetings, self-study and assignments. A written examination assignment. A concluding seminar that includes an oral presentation and interprofessional reflection on the written examination assignment. The course is given within the framework of collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets Högskola, Sophiahemmet Högskola and Region Stockholm.
