Purpose The course aims to increase knowledge and competence in peer learning and interprofessional learning, and to encourage a reflective and academic approach to students' learning in VIL/VFU within health and medical care Learning outcomes After completing the course, participants should be able to: - apply knowledge of interprofessional learning or peer learning - reflect on how peer learning and interprofessional learning can develop the student's learning - analyse a completed peer learning activity or an interprofessional learning activity Working methods Two course sessions with presentations, group discussions and an examination seminar In between, work on an independent workplace-related assignment that is examined at the second course session The course is given within the framework of collaboration between Karolinska Institutet, Marie Cederschiöld högskola, Röda Korsets högskola, Sophiahemmet högskola and Region Stockholm
