Tough training for HR.

In the programme Tough training for HR, participants develop the abilities and the mindset that are essential for supporting managers in modern leadership in an effective way. The training is close to everyday work, practical and tough, with realistic role plays followed by feedback. The HR training is based on three different perspectives, where you train yourself in your own leadership, in your role as supporting HR and in your strategic HR role. This document certifies that the participant has completed Tough training for HR. Scope: 2 + 2 days in the classroom. From the content: - What is modern leadership and how does it differ from the traditional kind? - Basic starting points and approaches needed to release people's capacity, engagement and sense of responsibility - Individual challenges, pitfalls and strengths - Extensive practical training in difficult situations - Training in the following abilities: - listen effectively, to listen beyond what is said - coach, to place responsibility with the individual and to ask questions that move things forward - hold feedback conversations that are effective and give lasting results - improve and develop difficult relationships - motivate and strengthen employees and managers, especially when times are hard or there is a lot of worry in the organisation - give someone bad news without sounding too harsh or "know-it-all" while still being clear and direct - be a weighty, professional, "chosen" HR person who gets through with expertise and knowledge at both a strategic and an operational level
