Stärkande Dialog (Empowering Dialogue).

Stärkande Dialog (Empowering Dialogue) is a dialogue method that goes beyond traditional coaching and has much greater impact. Research shows that the coach's strong belief in the jobseeker's ability is absolutely decisive for the result. The course is a training-intensive programme in which participants develop precisely the abilities and the approach needed to really get results. It is about how and who you are as a coach, how you are perceived, what you radiate and what outlook you have, all the things that are decisive for how things turn out. The training is close to everyday life, practical and tough, with lots of realistic role plays followed by feedback. This document certifies that the participant has completed Stärkande Dialog. From the content: Basic starting points and approaches needed to release people's capacity, engagement, ownership and sense of responsibility - Individual challenges, pitfalls and strengths as a coach - Extensive practical training in difficult situations - Training in abilities, including how to: - listen effectively, to listen beyond what is said - coach, place responsibility with the individual and ask questions that move things forward - give feedback that is effective and gives lasting results - improve and develop difficult relationships - hear and clarify people's unhelpful attitudes that stand in the way of what they want to achieve
