Tough Leadership Training - for Agile Leaders.

Tough Leadership Training - for Agile Leaders is a training-intensive programme (3 full days in the classroom and 4 half days online) in which participants develop the abilities and the mindset that are essential for practising effective agile leadership. It is about how and who you are in your leadership, how you are perceived, what you radiate and what outlook you have, all of which is decisive for how things go. The training is close to everyday work, practical and tough, with lots of realistic role plays followed by feedback. This document certifies that the participant has completed Tough Leadership Training - for Agile Leaders. From the content: - What is the mindset that makes agile leadership work well and how does it differ from traditional leadership - Fundamental starting points and mindsets needed to release people's capacity, engagement, ownership and sense of responsibility - Individual challenges, pitfalls and strengths as a leader - Extensive practical training in difficult leadership situations - Training in abilities that release energy and self-leadership in teams and individuals, including the ability to listen effectively, to listen beyond what is said - Coach, to place responsibility with the individual/group and to ask questions that move things forward - Hold feedback conversations that are effective and give lasting results - Improve and develop difficult relationships - Strengthen employees, especially when times are hard or there is a lot of worry in the organisation - Give an individual or group bad news without sounding too harsh and "bossy" while still being clear and direct - Pick up on, talk about and shift an unhelpful climate and "friction" in groups that stands in the way of collaboration
