The Human Element.

Tough leadership training: The Human Element is a five-day residential course where participants develop better self-esteem. Gaining better self-esteem, becoming more secure in yourself, is crucial when we are to collaborate with and lead others. This document certifies that the participant has completed Tough leadership training: The Human Element. From the content: Through the training, the participants have: - Gained insight into how their behaviour, feelings and self-perception affect their lives and their leadership - Gained a clear picture of how we humans create our self-image and thus also how our own self-perception has been put together - Gained significantly increased self-respect and self-esteem, which means the participants can realise their potential to a much greater extent - Found their own self-leadership and thus also been able to start changing their limiting behaviours, habits and attitudes
