Tough Coach Training - for Managers.

Tough coach training - for managers, is a training-intensive programme where participants, in realistic role-plays followed by feedback, develop the abilities that are crucial for providing effective coaching. Particular emphasis is placed on the ability to "listen out" the unfavourable or limiting attitudes that stand in the way of what people want to achieve, and then to be able to have a productive dialogue about it. The training covers three days, where the first step consists of two days of intensive training followed by practice and application at home. The second step covers one day, devoted mainly to following up the participants' individual work and training in particularly difficult coaching situations.
