Over two days, the course gives a comprehensive introduction to application management with a focus on how pm3 and ITIL® work together. Participants learn to establish management models, plan and lead management work, and use tools such as RACI, benefit evaluation and maturity models. Practical elements include change and release management, test management, and continuity and risk planning.
When you complete the course, Lexicon IT-Proffs AB issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
