Lernia Upskill: Electrical engineering and motor control is a digital competence development course for those who already work in industry and automation. The course gives basic and in-depth knowledge of electrical theory, electrical and machine safety and electric motor control, and alternates theory with practical exercises in the Simumatik simulation environment. The course is one of five modules in Lernia's 'Electrical engineering and automation' initiative and can also be booked separately by companies that want to develop the skills of their staff. After completing the course, the participant can read wiring diagrams, understand key concepts such as Ohm's law and NO/NC, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems.
