Over two course days, participants learn the practical application of agile project management, with a focus on planning, execution and governance according to agile methods. Participants learn to work with user stories, test cases, backlog prioritisation and estimation with planning poker. The training also covers project structuring with epics and features, and follow-up through reviews and retrospectives.
When you complete the course, Lexicon IT-Proffs AB issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
