DevOps Engineer.

Knowledge of: - Specialized knowledge of the theoretical and practical handling of various tools for working with a modern container-based operating environment in an own data center and in the cloud, in the professional role of DevOps Engineer. - Knowledge of and an overview of adjacent professional and competence areas such as IT security. - Knowledge of other, older technologies for running applications and services. - Develop a business and economic approach to the use of IT systems. - Develop a security-conscious way of working. - Show an understanding of how different users have different needs and thereby be able to adapt the technical solution to best suit the unique user's needs. - Show an understanding of how open standards affect the choice of technical solution. Skills to: - Plan and identify resources to carry out specialized tasks in operations, security and system administration in the professional role of DevOps Engineer - Produce installations: install the Linux operating system for server use and Kubernetes clusters for container administration, as well as present administrative steps and propose advanced configuration. - Relate, plan and apply functions in Linux, Kubernetes, database servers and the cloud. - Identify and develop a container-based solution based on the client's needs. - Analyze, relate and apply functions in the Python programming language - Develop solutions for complex problems in container technology, code pipelines and security in the professional role of DevOps Engineer. - Develop a systematic and analytical way of working, both independently and in a group, in work with Linux and Kubernetes. - Plan for a cost-effective and solution-oriented approach, both internally and in contact with clients, in work with container technology. - Communicate commitments and solutions regarding security awareness and system architecture in the professional role of DevOps Engineer in both Swedish and English. Competences to: - Independently process and use different technologies in a way that leads to lifelong learning and responsible, professional development in the professional role of DevOps Engineer. - Monitor the implementation of a technical server environment in container technology, contribute to the development of container technology, security and system administration, and complete assigned projects within the professional role of DevOps Engineer.
