Welcome to our two-day course in working strategically and in a results-oriented way with sustainability issues in business. The course is aimed at you who have, or will be given, a strategic assignment or responsibility for sustainability in the private sector or in an industry organisation. The purpose of the course is to strengthen you in your role while giving you concrete methods and tools to make sustainability work permeate the whole company.
Driving sustainability work in companies brings particular challenges. Not least, it is about finding the balance between financial management, influencing culture and driving long-term work for sustainability.
This course aims to strengthen your strategic competence in sustainable development. We do this systematically by combining knowledge of long-term thinking with culture, structures and systematic ways of working, together with many useful tools. The course also gives knowledge of circular business development and upcoming legal requirements, for example CSRD/ESRS and CSDD, to show how they can be used as tools to drive the sustainable transition in your organisation. During the course you will relate the content to your own challenges in various ways, so that you can directly see how to apply your new knowledge and insights in your work.
For you who work in a municipality, region or government agency there is also the course Diplomerad hållbarhetsstrateg: offentlig sektor (Sustainability Strategist Diploma, Public Sector).
