The course is an introduction to rehabilitation and the relevant parts of the Social Insurance Code (socialförsäkringsbalken) and the Work Environment Act. Participants have gained knowledge of the rehabilitation chain, the responsibilities of the employer and other parties involved, and what is expected of an elected representative and/or safety representative in a rehabilitation process.
When you complete the course, AKAVIA issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
