AFRY Rookie Program is a 12-month training programme designed together with PN, in which future consultants in civil engineering and urban development get to develop their competence, share it with colleagues and be introduced to AFRY. During the programme the participant has gained in-depth knowledge in areas such as project management, geotechnics, sustainability and economics. The participant has developed their professionalism, understanding of sustainability issues and ability to work in team environments, and has contributed to innovative solutions. After a successful year you are therefore awarded a diploma certifying that you have every prerequisite to continue growing in your role at AFRY. When you complete the course, Satellite Group / Professionals Nord issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
