In the course, the student learns the professional role of network technician. The course covers communication, business acumen, project management, project work, work processes, quality criteria, troubleshooting methodology, service skills and IT project standards, ITIL and the IT security standard ISO 27001 linked to the professional role. The course also includes independently planning, running and completing smaller projects. The course includes leading and presenting projects internally and externally in the professional role of IT and Network Technician, in both Swedish and English. The course will give sufficient know-how to handle cases with good customer service and good case documentation.
