After completing the programme, the participant has gained knowledge of and the ability to: - assess legal and data protection issues when using generative AI, - apply key GDPR requirements when using AI services, - understand the EU AI Regulation (AI Act) and its significance for the organisation's use of AI, - identify information security, privacy and intellectual property risks linked to generative AI, - understand the roles and responsibilities of management, operations, IT, legal and the data protection function, - contribute to risk assessments, DPIAs, AI policies and other governing documents, - assess the need for transparency, documentation and human oversight, - and contribute to a structured, lawful and responsible introduction and use of generative AI in the organisation.
