The five-week course covers basic IT knowledge through CompTIA A+ and an in-depth look at Microsoft 365, including management of apps, cloud services and on-premises environments. Participants also learn to work with Service Now and according to ITIL for efficient case management. The course emphasizes service-oriented communication, with a focus on confidence, trust and a pedagogical approach. Participants also develop skills in leading support calls and taking ownership of cases to reach set goals.
When you complete the course, Lexicon IT-Proffs AB issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
