  1. Kickoff & briefing

    Introduktion till utmaningen: att bygga en AI-stödd schemaläggningsapp, samt regler och tidsram.

  2. Teambildning & idéfas

    Deltagare, ofta från olika företag, sätter ihop tvärfunktionella team och formulerar sin lösning.

  3. Byggfas

    En dags intensivt utvecklingsarbete med stöd av AI-verktyg och partnerteknik för att bygga en fungerande prototyp.

  4. Finalpitch

    De två finalistlagen presenterar sina lösningar på scen inför konferenspubliken.

  5. Publikomröstning & vinst

    Vinnarlaget koras via röstning i konferens-appen och tilldelas en resa till Silicon Valley.
