Has on {data_date}, as part of their training at Astrakan Strategisk Utbildning, demonstrated knowledge of business architecture corresponding to the content of the courses below and the ability to apply that knowledge in practice. After certification, they are well equipped to work with business architecture and contribute to the strategic governance of the organization.

The program includes: 10.5 days + project report and opposition Courses included in the program: Business development with processes Here you learn the fundamentals of the Astrakan method and process-based business development. Business governance Clarify the purpose of what you do. Help people prioritize what matters most to the organization and do the work the right way. Information modeling and concept analysis Make sure people get the information and resources they need to do their work. With concept analysis you can clarify the organization's language and produce concept models: a tool for ensuring that we say and mean the same thing. Business architecture A structured and systematic way of working that uses business models and analysis techniques to find out which changes are needed to deliver the benefits the organization is asking for. After completing the courses, you are examined by demonstrating your competence as a business architect. You do this by submitting a report describing how you have applied your architecture knowledge in real situations. Once the report is submitted, you and the examiner meet at a certification meeting where you go through the report together.
