Knowledge Knowledge of the rules and standards that apply to electrical installations Skills: Carry out and plan electrical installations in high voltage installations and identify resources for carrying out specialised tasks. Solve complex problems that can arise in different types of electrical installations. Communicate minor commitments, solutions and instructions in at least one foreign language by interpreting and explaining manuals and following instructions on drawings and tools Competences: Independently take responsibility for the design and construction of an electrical installation in accordance with the laws, rules, standards and safety requirements that apply in the field, within a given time frame. Independently develop and apply the knowledge and skills required for electrical installation work in high voltage installations and for the permanent connection and disconnection of electrical equipment, and monitor rules and standards that change over time. Complete projects by assessing whether their own competence is sufficient to carry out a particular electrical installation job or whether further knowledge is needed before the work starts
