The programme comprised nine days and covered key areas such as the general accounting principles, Lagen om kommunal bokföring och redovisning, and the application of the recommendations of Rådet för kommunal redovisning. The programme also covered - how improvement work can be carried out with the support of methods for analysing requirements, problems, risks and causes, - how the annual report can be developed, - leading with the support of a coaching approach. In the programme, participants also completed a home assignment which, among other things, involved analysing a problem and proposing improvements.
