- improve your knowledge of governance, follow-up and development of the organization This training focuses on the economist's increasingly broad role as support for management and operational managers in governing and developing the organization. The training also aims to enable the participant to contribute to a greater extent to the development and improvement of financial and operational administrative processes through a more analytical approach. Analysis methods are discussed in both theory and practice. Examples of these are stakeholder and requirements analysis, problem analysis and root cause analysis. The participant has also completed a home assignment, which involved analyzing a problem, analyzing the causes of the problem and proposing improvements. The participant can count three days toward our certification program "certifierad kommunalekonom" (certified municipal economist).
When you complete the course, KEF - Kommualekonomernas förening issues your certificate. Your name, the course content and the issue date are encrypted and secured on blockchain, so it cannot be changed, and anyone can check that it is genuine.
