Nutrition, 10 YH credits, gives you knowledge of different individuals' needs for food and nutrition and their impact on health. The course covers the structure and function of nutrients from a health perspective, based on the Nordic Nutrition Recommendations (NNR) and Livsmedelsverket's guidelines. After the course you can analyse meals and design them based on needs and guidelines. The course is part of TUC's YH programmes in nutrition and meal services.
